Hi,
I have set up Google Calendar 2 way sync with Amelia, I can see service appointment bookings on my Google Calendar but I can't see the Events that assigned to myself on Google Calendar, is this supported? If so, how would I set this up to see the events thats assigned to me on my Google Calendar please?
Hello Ahmet
Unfortunately, busy events created in your Google calendar will not be visible in Amelia, but the time slots can be removed from that employee's schedule.
You should enable "Remove Google calendar busy slots", and it will remove existing Google events from Amelia, so your customers wouldn't be able to book those times.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar,
Thanks for the response, I am actually having issue with showing events in my google calendar not in Amelia calendar. Appointments show in Google Calendar but unable to see the events that I am hosting. Any ideas? TIA
Hi again Ahmet
If you configured the Google Calendar, and connected your employee to his calendar, you should see the busy events in Google.
If you can confirm you connected your employee, but can't see your new appointments in Google, I'll need to take a look. Please note that busy events will be shown from the moment you connected your employee with Google, and past events can't be inserted there.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,

Hi Aleksandar,
Please try again, I had my server migrated early hour this morning and website was down briefly. It's back up and running now and you should be able to login. Any problems please let me know. Thanks.
Hi again Ahmet
Of all your employees, I can see that only Mark Holding is connected to a Google Calendar:
While all other employees are signed out:
However, I believe there was misunderstanding here, and you were referring to Amelia Events not showing up in Google Calendar.
If that's true, unfortunately, synchronization with Google calendar is not supported for Events at the moment, just for Services. So if you use Events in Amelia and have assigned employees to them, they will not have Amelia events in their Google calendar automatically.
Kind Regards,

Thats correct, Amelia Events not showing on Google Calendar. Will there be an update where this function is implemented by any chance? I have 2 clients who uses Events heavily and would love to see them on their Google Calendar. TIA
Hi again Ahmet
We do have it planned for the future, but I cannot say that it will be included any time soon.
There are some obstacles our developers ran into, and why the events weren't added to the integration yet. At the moment our development team has some priority tasks they are working on, and I don't know when events will be worked on.
