I've tryed everything in regards to fixing my agenda times. I followed all your instructions, but still the time slots given in the agenda on my website (see related URL) are not correct.
For example a booking option starts at 15:00, while I am already available from 13:00.
Or another booking can be scheduled at a 23:00 while in my agenda I set the workdays until 21:30.
Bottom line, the agenda times aren't correct and I don't understand what is happening and what I can do about it.
Please help me! I hope to get a response from you asap, because the agenda is already live and this is a problem!
The available time slots for booking in Amelia are set by configuring the Employees' work hours, not the Company work hours in Amelia -> Settings. So, if you haven't already set the employees' work hours, please do. If you have already done this, please check if you have set your City timezone in your WordPress General Settings as this setting applies to Amelia as well, so if it isn't set to your timezone there can be a mismatch in the time slots on the front and in the back-end.
Thank you very much, your information has helped me.
Unfortunately an other problem came up for me. I'll explain this by example:
For one of my services I put a Buffer time in advance 10 min. and a Buffer time after of 25 min.
But this is not shown in the agenda. So now people are booking the times slots without any buffer time, meaning that if an appointment ends at 16:00 the next appointment starts at 16:00. This should not be! Please, what do I need to do?
There is an option Include service buffer time in time slots in Amelia -> Settings -> General, if this option is enabled the available time slots will be calculated with the buffer times, and if it is disabled the available time slots will be calculated without the buffer times, and the buffer times will be taken into consideration only when appointment is booked. In both cases, the option above it in General Settings should be enabled as well - Use service duration for booking a time slot
