Hi,
I have a pre-sales question that I would be grateful if you could answer for me.
Our Paintball centre will need the following requirements:
Also is there a difference between the developer version on your own site and the Enterprise version on Envato market?
Hi Nick,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
I am not sure that our plugin is suitable for your use case but I will explain in details what you can do. In our plugin you can create locations, services and employees. Each service and employee can have minimum and maximum capacity set for group bookings. If you create different zones as employees you will allow booking of different zones at the same time but in order to be able to close some zones once others are booked you will need to connect several activities (services) with the same employee. In that way, once one zone is booked other connected to that employee would become unavailable for that period of time. However, although this would be good for the use case about Zone A and Zone A1 and A2, if you need to close all other zones once 3 or 4 activities are booked this wouldn't be possible (only manually on the back-end).
We have Stripe payment integrated in our plugin so you can use it easily. We also have integration with Google calendar, and each service and event (depending what you create) can have maximum capacity so you can limit the maximum number of people that can come.
As for the difference, there is no much difference, on the Envato you purchase lifetime license with option to use on one domain and 6-months of our support. We have left Envato and put larger price there to redirect potential users to our site where you can now purchase yearly subscription or lifetime license. On our website the main difference between Basic, Pro and Developer license is the number of domains on which you can use our plugin, if you plan to use it on one domain then Basic license is enough. If you purchase yearly subscription and cancel it you can continue using the plugin entirely just once the year ends you will not have our support and our update anymore.
Best regards.
