If you're changing Global working hours after you created your employees, those working hours will not affect your employees, and since employees are the ones who provide the service, their working hours apply.
You need to go to your Employees' profiles, and under "Work Hours" tab change their working hours.
I installed your software in 2 different sites there is a problem in updating active days .
When I update the active dates on AMELIA > SETTINGS > WORKING HOURS DAYA...
The active days don't change in the front end, the times update but the dates dont update
