I am setting up a website with an online booking system for a yoga teacher. She will have 3 types of classes that she will be conducting via Zoom or Youtube Private Live Stream. Class types include:

    • One-Time Session. 2 hrs duration. 1 day.
    • One-Time Workshop. 2 hrs per day x 3 days. Any 3 days of the week.
    • Recurring 2-Week Membership Classes. 2 hrs per day x 3 days per week.
      • Morning Sessions - Mon, Wed, Fri
      • Evening Sessions - Tue, Thu, Sat
    • Recurring 1-Month Membership Classes. 2 hrs per day x 3 days per week.
      • Morning Sessions - Mon, Wed, Fri
      • Evening Sessions - Tue, Thu, Sat

    I have a few questions.

    • Can I create individual events/products/services with online payments and calendar date selection feature for all the above class types?
      • If yes, can we automatically send email notifications with auto-generated links for Zoom Webinars? Different links for each day of the workshop or membership classes?
    • Is Amelia a standalone website or I need to use it with Wordpress?
    • Can I integrate Google Tag manager with Amelia?
      • For enabling Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Video Views Tracking
      • If not, can I create facebook pixel standard events for add to cart and initiate checkout activity?
    • Does Amelia have Schema Markup features and Microdata?
    • How does it affect Google Page Speed?

Once I hear back from you, I might have a few more questions.

    Regards,

    Sashank

    Hi Sashank Allamraju,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    • One-Time Session you can create as a service in our plugin, set its duration to 2hrs and assign it to the employee in the working hours in the period in which you want that session to be offered to the customers.
    • One-Time Workshop - if you want customers to be allowed to choose on which day this workshop will be then you should also create this as a service and allow recurring booking option but you should know that at the moment you cannot limit customers to book only 3 days. Other way would be to create this workshop as an event in our plugin, in that case admin would set start and end date and time so the customer wouldn't be able to choose this, only to purchase a ticket for the workshop.
    • Recurring 2-Week Membership Classes and Recurring 1-Month Membership Classes also as the above. You can enable recurring option for the service and let customer to choose but you cannot restrict them from booking how many sessions they want or you can create those as events. We plan to work on the packages feature in the future which I think that would better suit your use case.

    As for the questions:

    • I advice you to try creating all this on our demo site here, you can access the back-end and also try all of our front-end booking forms. We have integration with Zoom so sending the automatic links for the Zoom meeting is possible and if you have events that last multiple days then for each day a Zoom link will be sent.
    • Amelia is a WordPress plugin and like that can be used only in the WordPress.
    • Unfortunately Google Tag Manager, Facebook pixel and other are not supported at the moment. We only have Web Hooks added in the plugin which you can connect with third party platforms but I am not sure that you would be able to use this for what you need.
    • Amelia doesn't have Schema Markup features.
    • I am not sure how it affects Google page speed, but you can try that if you purchase our plugin. We have '15 days money back' guarantee so you can purchase and try.

    Best regards.
