    Hello Mariangela Cordova,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Could you please write your tickets in English, as we are afraid something will get lost in translation so we won't be able to help out properly? Thank you.

If you set your notifications to SMTP, it can be used with Gmail like we provided an example for in our instructions or any other mail service provider, but you need to have a configuration they need for that. Sometimes using SMTP for some providers like Gmail or similar is not supported by the hosting/server. So you need to check this out with your hosting as well, to ask them if SMTP is allowed and what configuration is needed for SMTP sending emails on your servers.

If you have some other plugin for this purpose, sending emails/ SMTP, on your website, then you need to choose WP Mail as a Mail service in Amelia and it will use that other plugin's configuration for sending emails.

Regarding using the notifications that require setting up a Cron job on your server, the configuration for this can also depend on the server you have. But if the regular email notifications (without a cron don't work on your website) these notifications won't work neither. Please check the instructions for setting up a cron on your server we provided in our FAQ section, and you can also check this out with your hosting - what configuration is needed for setting up a cron on your server.
