We have different services and they are available on specific days. I am configuring all of them as a service and assigning them to an employee (1 only) which is allowed to work morning till night. The service is assigned under special days section for employee.
I am expecting the system to work for multiple bookings but 1 booking (person) at a time.
For example: Safe Pass 1 22-july-2020 (allowed for maximum 5 people)
Safe Pass 1 30-july-2020 (allowed for maximum 4 people)
Safe Pass 2 15-july-2020 (allowed for maximum 3 people)
Safe Pass 3 15-july-2020 (allowed for maximum 6 people)
Please let us know the setting or configuration steps in a clear way.
One more thing, we will be having the same Pass available in different count for different dates. So, how will that be possible and let us know the configuration for that.
The business is affected due to the complications coming in while integration of the plugin.
I have attached the details and screenshots in the attached file.

You need to enable the option Allow booking below minimum capacity: in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments is enabled? If this option is disabled, customer won't be able to book if they don't fill in the min but once they book, when the min is reached, that time slot will be closed for booking for other customers. You can read more about the appointments settings here.

One more thing, we will be having the same Pass available in different count for different dates. So, how will that be possible and let us know the configuration for that.
I am not sure if I understood this quite well. If you are referring to how many people can book one time slat as different count, then you need to have separate services with different min and max capacity. If you are referring to the number of time slots as different count, you are configuring the number of available time slots by setting up the work hours of the employee.
The capacity function is not working. We have limited the service to minimum 10 and maximum 30 people. But the system is allowing to book it over maximum allowed count. (the setting to allow the booking above maximum count is disabled)
I also want to configure the system that the slot should be available to book until the maximum count is reached for the service/employee.
for one of the service i am not able to see the available places even when the employee is allocated for the service and the working days are defines for the service and employee.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. Let me know for which appointment you got more customers booked than the maximum set for that service, so we could check it out.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
