I have set up a webhook to go to Zapier, but when I view the information being sent to Zapier, every new event booking is being sent with the contact information of the first person I tested with in Amelia.

If I look at event attendees inside WordPress, everything is correct, but the same contact is being sent to Zapier no matter who signs up.

    Hello Bill Osuch,

    Thank you for your purchase.

When data is sent via hook through the Webhooks feature for Events from Amelia, it sends information for all of the customers that booked that event until that moment. So, it doesn't sent only the last customer booked but information for all of the customers/attendees that booked that event so far. Could you please tell me is this not the case with your webhook? Do you receive all of the attendees or just one?

Yes, Zapier appears to be receiving all of the customers, I see "Event Booking 0", "Event Booking 1", etc.

However, my goal is to have each new booking entered as a contact into our CRM - is there any way to either just send the single contact to Zapier, or tell Zapier to get the single most recent contact?

    Hello Bill,

Unfortunately, this can't be changed in Amelia, all customers' data is sent, but you can check if there is some way from the side of receiving this data to take only the last customer's data.

There are two arrays in the data received - one of them is showing the last booked customer and the other one all of the customers that booked that event.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
