Hello,I've just purchased Amelia. I already have 1 issue I need help with.
I am unable to install via the wordpress administration panel (seems to be too big or something like that). So I uploaded it via Filezilla in the plugin folder. When I go back to my panel, Amelia does not appear in the list and I can't activate it.
Please note that our plugin is around 8 MB in size, so if you are not able to upload it through WordPress plugins page, you will need to increase the following:
upload_max_file size,
post_max_size,
max_execution_time
You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.
Since you already installed it through FTP, please check if the path is correct. It should be:
wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/
If you have doubled the ameliabooking folder, that's your issue right there. This is not good:
wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/ameliabooking/
Please check that and let me know.
If you can't install the plugin, please provide me
A temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens
FTP access credentials
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
