Sometimes these doctors dont have time to check their panel and approve, edit their assigned appointments. So we have decided to create new user as Amelia Manager to be able to see all appointments. So far so good :)
Now we dont want this new Amelia Manager User to have access to other parts of Amelia, Such as Services, Locations and notifications.
In Fact we want to restrict him from accessing and editing these parts.
What is your solution? Do we need to install new plugin to restrict user access to some parts? or does Amelia plugin has this feature to restrict them? If we need plugin, Would you please recommend some plugins that does that easily?
Amelia doesn't have anything like this in its settings, so you would need to go with User Role Editor, and edit capabilities of Amelia_manager user role.
I'm not sure which exact capabilities you would need to disable, but when you install the plugin, you can select only the granted capabilities of a user role, and you will be able to decide per capability name.
Hi,
We have 2 Employees (Doctors) in our website.

Do you have any work around besides plugin?
