We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
Is it possible to set up as follow:
You have let´s say a museum with a capacity of max 24 visitors at the same time.
Open hours is 1pm to 6pm.
Each visitor can book 1,5 hours for himself and friends as a group booking.
And you can choose a timeslot of 1,5 hours every half hour (1.00pm to 2.30pm, 1.30pm to 3.00pm, 2.00pm to 3.30pm, etc)
So if there is a booking of 10 people 2.00pm to 3.30pm there is only 14 places left for that time, as well as 1.00pm to 2.30pm, 1.30pm to 3.00pm, 2.30pm to 4.00pm, 3.00pm to 4.30pm. As for the maximum of 24 people in total is allowed
Is it possible and how?
If not, any suggestions?
Regards Ken
Hello Ken
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
If you allow a 30-minute time slot step, you will see available times like that:
01:00 - 02:30 PM
01:30 - 03:00 PM
02:00 - 03:30 PM
and so on
But, since the service lasts for 1.5 hours, if someone books an appointment at (for example) 03:00, time slots between 02:00 and 03:00 will be blocked, along with time slots between 03:00 and 04:30. This is happening because you have an employee working on that service, and since service duration is 1.5 hours, he cannot accept another appointment that cannot be completed before the next service starts, or an appointment that starts before the booked appointment has ended.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
