    Hey team,

I'm very interested in purchasing Amelia but I still have some questions. I specify that I'm essentially interested with the "event" functions.

    - Is it possible to set events of 30 or 45 minutes ?

    - In the event form, is it possible to hide the price mention (not even a free or 0€ mention, just nothing) ?

    - I read in another ticket that it's not possible for someone to buy ten or twenty tickets without a reservation of specific dates, am'I wrong ?

    - In the appointment part, is it possible not to have any mention of a payment ? Peeps just reserve and that's all.

    Thank you for the answers.

    Vincent.

    Hi Vincent,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. Yes, of course it is possible. You will need to set Default Time slot step to 15, 30 or 45 minutes and then you will see options in the event modal to set the duration like you need (if you need both, 30 and 45 minutes I advice setting 15 minutes as a default time slot step so you would have both options).

    2. The "Free" tag can be hidden with a simple CSS code that our premium support can send to you after the purchase.

    3. If you set larger capacity for the event attendee will see option to purchase more tickets but will need to choose and book one particular event and then purchase tickets for a group.

    4. If you set 0 as a price the payment methods and price calculation will automatically be hidden.

    Best regards.

    Hey Isidora,

Thank you for the answer, I still have one and some suggestions.

    - Is there a way to consult easily the event sheet with a mobile phone, without connecting to the wordpress backend ? Something like a link.

    Then,

I think n°3 is an option even if it's like a spare tyre. I sell one, ten or twenty tickets available for 2 months. I would like a customer to be able to buy those one, ten or twenty tickets and then to book an event whenever he wants, maybe one or seven days after buying the tickets. But I think you understood my needs. Maybe that will come later.

About n°4, I only see two ways to use it, it's for new customers first diagnostic on phone, because I don't want a new customer to book an appointment without knowing his needs, level etc. Then it can eventually be useful for known customers if they need to change an appointment.

Anyway, I think I will purchase it because looks promising ;-)

    Vincent.

Ps. I just saw that one suggestion is now planned and the other on implemented, great !

    Hi Vincent,

    You are welcome.

"- Is there a way to consult easily the event sheet with a mobile phone, without connecting to the wordpress backend ? Something like a link." - I am not sure that I understood this question but you can add front-end employee panel to the page and each employee can manage its own appointments and events from the front-end page.

     3) Unfortunately in our plugin it is not possible to just purchase a ticket and then book all later. We plan to add a package feature in the future where customer will be able to purchase a package of services, but also for the packages it will be mandatory to schedule at least one service (one appointment) from the package.

    4) You can put 0 as a price and hide the price calculation, or you can set on-site payment since you use case is specific and demand on-site payment.

    Best regards.

    Thx again,

    - I think I have my answer. The best thing would have been to have an app to manage events and appointments :-)

3/ This is only for appointments, not for events no ?

    4/ Ok

    Regards,

    Vincent.

    Hi Vincent,

    3) Packages will first be implemented only for services, for events we have some other plans for the next versions based on the requests of our users.

    Best regards.
