Hey team. I'm having trouble with the [ameliabooking] function on my web page. The site has not been launched yet, so providing a url is useless at this point. However I will attach screenshots of what I'm experiencing. Each time I engage with the booking system, the page scrolls me back up to the top. Then it does it again when I click the next step. I tried reloading the page a number of times. I also deleted then re-wrote the [ameliabooking] quick link from the back end, but to no avail.
We would need to see the page with the booking form in order to see what is going on and why that behavior is caused. This is not some common behavior so we are not sure what is causing it. Probably some conflict with your theme.
If the site isn't launched then please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site and the URL of the page where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You have put Amelia shortcode in a link and this is why the scroll issue was there, we removed the link so it should work properly now. Please look at the attachment.
