Dear amelia support,
i have noticed that when i do not yet have appointments for a specific day my clients will see all possible bookable timeslots in the calendar. The available times are even scrollable for them. Is it possible to set specific timeslots which have to be choosen first?
For example:
- if no time on the day is booked, only show morning slots (e.g. from 8-12) - no evening slots
- if times are booked only show times that are next to the existing bookings.
and in general only suggest like four or six possible slots? Since i have shorter and longer appointments i set the general slots to 15 minutes, thus the client also gets the suggestion to book an appointment every 15 minutes which makes the list of possible appointments in the booking form really long.
It would really help me to keep the time between appointments shorter, since now the client can choose what he/she wants and thus really huge timeholes occur in my calendar and i need to reschedule those appointments which is again not the point of an online calendar ;)
I hope you can help me,
kind regard,
Claudia
Hello Claudia
You can enable "Use service duration for booking a time slot" in Amelia's General settings, and then the time slots will showing the duration of the service instead of every 15 minutes.
As for showing only morning slots, depending on the time of day, unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's build-in features.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
