We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I want to create one of two tables with 20 rows and use filtered data from that tables, one or two rows on different pages of my website, Then I want to use that same filtered data to create different charts on different pages.I have been trough your explanations but maybe I'm to stupid to understand them.
all your explanations are different from product I have purchased. Can you help me Please
Hello Vlatko
Thank you for your purchase.
If I understood you correctly, you only need to filter the table differently on different pages?
If that's true, you can use our placeholders as predefined filtering values, and then change them through the shortcode per page.
For instance, if you apply value 100 to placeholder %VAR1%, and then in column settings go to Filtering, you can add %VAR1% as a predefined filtering value. Then you can add "test" to %VAR2% and add it as a predefined filtering value for the other column. When pasting the shortcode on the page, you can change the filtering value through the shortcode, like
[wpdatatable id=1 var1=200 var2=test2]

I want to create 1 table with 10 rows (Master Table for updates) Then I want to display only certain rows on different pages. On every page rows will be different
Hello again Vlatko
You can add a fixed value for %VAR1%, for example. Then, in the column settings add a predefined filtering value to be "%VAR1%".
When you're adding the table on different pages, you can use the placeholder as a filter.
For example:
[wpdatatable id=1 var1=Germany] - for page 1
[wpdatatable id=1 var1=France] - for page 2
[wpdatatable id=1 var1=Russia] - for page 3
[wpdatatable id=1 var1=Brazil] - for page 4
[wpdatatable id=1 var1=Australia] - for page 5
And so on...
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
