Why does the user need to sign in twice? How to get around this?
Even connected to the backend it is necessary to login, it does not make sense.

    Hello Jeferson,

    Thank you for your purchase.

If you are referring to Amelia Customers when they have a WordPress user, they can access the panel with the same credentials if you connect them in the back-end of Amelia, when you go to Customers and edit them and connect them to WP users, these WP users need to have Amelia Customers user role though.

The other way that Amelia customer can be connected to a WP user, would be if they book an appointment while logged in to the back-end of WordPress, and the option Automatically create Amelia Customer user is enabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles settings -> Customer. So this WP user will be connected to the customer in Amelia, and they would be able to access the WP and the panel with the same credentials.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

Thanks for the answer. I believe that it is a development error. My client does the scheduling process for the first time and at the end an email is sent so he can register a password so far this is correct, however, when I send him to login directly to the amelia plugin he is not logging into wordpress automatically , that is, if I need another function using wordpress (This is my case and 90% of users) I have to ask the client to log in again, it doesn't make sense, and I'm not even talking about using other developers' plugins. A solution is needed for this because everyone I know uses plugins with other functions that need to verify the user logged in or logged out, a basic example is the main menu, where we need to show functions for users who are logged in or not logged in without having to log in twice .

    You are welcome, Jeferson.

There isn't a possibility of logging in to WordPress automatically if someone logs in to the Customer panel, unfortunately. But the vice versa is possible if the Customer in Amelia is connected to that WP user. So, if someone books an appointment in Amelia, and it creates a WP user automatically, when that WP user logs in to WP they will be able to access the panel without logging in again.

The connection of Amelia customer and the WP user needs to be made somehow in order for that WP user to access the panel and see their appointments/events there. There isn't a possibility for Amelia to check the email of a WP user, unfortunately.

I will add this as a feature request to our list and forward it to our developers so it can be considered for modification in the future.

    Thank you again,

From what I am seeing there is no real concern with this point. See if using your Woocommerce integration we already have a problem due to this step of the poorly designed function. This should be tested more carefully, when a user not logged in or with their first login and the system using the woocommerce integration customers are sent to the payment area but before finalizing (Obviously) they must be logged into wordpress, and this does not it happens and by default there is no way to do it in a practical way, because the process of sending a link to the email and then creating a password is already outdated, (I understand that it is a wordpress standard but no one uses it) it is usually all done on time , creation of login, password, password confirmation, and when it comes to payment if the customer loses time he will not complete the purchase of the service, as we will have many processes to go there or here and do a thousand things.

But in any case I thank you for your attention and that of your team.
