Hi, i would like to know if its possible to let the ''extra option '' already open? Because now when my client select a services, there is an extra of 30 minute on the appointment depend of the choice of the client, but with the button + and the extra, the client wont understand.
Is there i a way to leave it open or activate?I have developpers who can play in the backend if necessary. Thanks

It isn't possible to have the extra option open in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. But it could probably be achieved with some custom CSS, or some JS script, you can ask your developers to check this out.

Unfortunately, such customization of the plugin isn't covered by our support, so we can't help out with that. Maybe they can try with CSS, taking those selectors and adding them properties like display: block or similar, not sure if that could work though, haven't tried that, unfortunately.
