Currently, I have 11 Amelia Employees and 3 Amelia Managers. I am using the option to allow only Amelia Managers to approve or cancel appointments. So I have 2 questions:
1. Is there a way to see how many appointments were approved/canceled by a certain Amelia Manager? Currently, one of the Managers does 80% of the work, while the other two seem to do only 20% but I need a way to confirm that.
2. Since some of the appointments are made by a phone call, is there a way to see how many appointments were made by clients through Amelia and how many were manually created by Managers (phone calls)?
1. I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately no. There're no options in Amelia that would help you with this.
2. Also, there's no way to see if the appointment has been created via front-end or back-end. You could instruct your managers to leave an internal note at the bottom, when they create an appointment in back-end.
