Hi there,
In our application there will be many doctors. Each doctor will have a session with patient online through zoom. So do we need to set up the Zoom app and other settings as explained in the link below in each of the doctor's laptop?

The doctors are not computer savvy, so if these steps need to be done, then one of our team member will have to do it remotely on each one of their laptops.

You're correct about your statement that each doctor will have to be linked to his Zoom account you created in here.
However, they would only need to select their profile in Amelia Employee's profile:
