    Hi Amelia,

    We're a design company and want to buy the plugin, but therefore I need to ask some questions to check if it possible for us.

    We would have a quotation system. Our customers need to book a service and there will be no payment for that, because after the booking they will get an e-mail with a quotation and can make things ready for our zoom meeting. After the zoom meeting they will get a follow up e-mail for the payment if they accept it. If not, then they won't get a follow up mail.

    Long story short, is this possible with the Amelia plugin?

    Questions

    1. After the booking, the customer will get an e-mail with a file (quotation). Can we set this in the notification?

    2. If the customer accepted the offer after our zoom meeting, they need to get a follow up e-mail for the payment. Can we send the payment in that way, so in the follow up e-mail?

    3. If the customer don't accept the offer after the zoom meeting, they won't get a follow up e-mail. Is this possible?

    Hi Dogukan,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Unfortunately something like this isn't available with our plugin at the moment. You have option to send email after the booking is made and you would be able to add a link to the google form or something similar there but this link and form would be the same for each customer then. Also, in our plugin you don't have option for customers to choose wether they will accept the offer. You can only choose wether you will send reminder or not, but this option is set in general for all customers.
