    Hi there! We just purchased Amelia and are trying to develop a page to book a tour of our school. 

    We opened our business hours in the 'settings --> hours' tab. We then opened services (we call them "tours") to be either virtual or on-site. 

    When I try to book a tour though, it shows times that I did not open up in the hours section (ex. on a friday, we do tours 3pm-6pm, but on the webpage www.uchennaedu.org/info-session) people can book a tour friday at 9am). 

    Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

    Hi Claudia,

    I'm having the same issue.  Would like to know how to adjust that as well.

    All my time slots are 5am to 1pm but I set it as 9am - 5 pm.

    Hey Andrew!  I think I figured out why the times don't match. Each employee has his/her business hours as well, under the employee tab. The default for each employee is 9am-5pm, so unless you manually adjust it, if you assign a service to an employee, it adds the hours for that employee, not the hours for the business. I hope this helps!

    Thanks for the assist.

    Both my employees and business hours are set to the same time.

    But, on the client side, it still says 5am to 1pm.  

    I don't know where these time slots are coming from.  

    So, maybe we are having different problems.

    The available time slots are set by configuring the employees' work hours, not the company work hours in Amelia settings. Glad to see you managed to find the solution to your concern.

    Please check if you set your City timezone in your WordPress General Settings as this setting applies to Amelia as well.
