    Hello,

Quick question. Is there a feature where I can take a deposit payment and have a customer pay the rest when the appointment happens?

The deposit should be deducted from the total cost.

    Thank you

Hi Peter, there isn't any deposit feature. We need the same for our site and I've had to adapt the services to show the total price in the service heading and make the deposit cost the actual booking price for now. Deposits are on the wanted feature list so hopefully they'll implement them sometime soon :)

Tania & John, thanks for your answer.

This is must have feature as it renders the plugin somehow useless by not being able to charge accordingly.

Payment flexibility is a very important step in the whole booking process and it should be implemented at the plugin level.

    Hi Peter,

As Tania and John said, we don't have deposit payment at the moment but it is on our To Do list for the future updates.

Can you all please share your thoughts with us about how would you want the rest to be paid, on-site when customer comest to the appointment or online later?

    Best regards.

Hi.. when is this feature will be available?

I need the same deposit feature for my current service. people can pay a deposit or downpayment to booked the service and pay the rest on site after customer get our service.

    Hi fajar,

Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.

Unfortunately we can not tell precisely when this feature will be available since we do have a lot of more requested features.

Well there is no built-in feature, but there is some workaround. For example if your service cost 20$ and if you want to set deposit of 20% to pay online and rest onsite, you can make service where you will set price of 4$ (which is 20% of 20$) and then explain in service title and description how much is the real price of this service.

    Kind Regards,
