We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi.
Im using Chart in two different ways. From your wpdatable. no problem with that.
In addition I have a another plugin that make a different type of chart and it use Chartjs as well.
So. I am using two different's pluggins with same use Chartjs library in the same page.
I have some problem in the last plugin mentioned because it use a new Chartjs version than wpdatatable uses.
Any suggestion to does not wpdatatable create conflict with my own plugin?
Could I update Chartjs with the last one in your plugin?
Regards
Alejandro
Hello Alejandro
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
I will forward the issue to one of our developers, and hopefully they'll be able to update the library for our next update.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Alexander.
I'm figure it out with very simple steps.
I left it for any one else.
In my Chartjs file I changed the Chart function name for ChartElse (any name you like) and that's it. "Chart" appear a couple of time in the file. Using a search tool and replace the name and you will be ready, two chart living in the same page with no conflict.
Use now ChartElse when you want to use your Chartjs funtion.
You could make your own function for the next update to avoid future conflicts in WDT.
Regards
Alejandro
