I wanted to set the possibility to book an recurring event to one hour before each event, but as I need to put in a date it will close all following events as well.
Can you easily change that so there is no date asked, at least for recurring events? Don’t know if that is important for single events as it might be rather a x hours/days option?
Unfortunately, at the moment, there's no easy way to do this.
You would need to edit all recurring events, and change the Booking Starts section for each event individually. We do have a task assigned to our developers, so this will be much easier in the future, but for the time being, you need to do it manually.
Unfortunately, not yet. Our developers needed to dedicate their time to making Amelia fit for WordPress 5.5, so everything else was put aside.
After 5.5 was released, there were some minor bugs that needed to be fixed, and now our team is dedicated to developing new features (this one included). However, I don't have an ETA on this.

Hello Aleksandar
Any development on this feature?
Best, Heinz
