We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I have an issue with the photos not showing up when I add in the catalog view. They are just blue boxes. Is there a setting I am missing?

Also, I am running a couple of other plugins with logins and I just want to confirm what will happen in the different cases.

    1. New customer not on WP books an appointment (set to automatic user creation) - so here I guess their login details are created automatically (cant test this at the moment as my site is live and it seems to be assigning me as the wordpress user?)

    2. New customer who has signed up with WP through Simple Membership Plugin is signed in and goes to make their first appointment with Ameila - what I hope happens is that it recognises they are logged in and therefore does not create another account??

    3. New customer signed up to WP but not logged in - what happens here? Does it recognise that the email address is signed up but not logged in?

    4. Existing customer not logged in - I am presuming it recognises that the email is already used but it doesn't seem to tell them they need log in?

Sorry just trying to get a grasp of what the user experience will be and whether these plug ins can work together.

    Hello Leanne Bird,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Could you please tell me have you added an image to the service and to the service gallery as well? As the service image is shown in the circle and the gallery images in the back-ground when the service is chosen.

    1. Yes, the Amelia customer is created in WP as well with this user role, if the option for this in Amelia _> Roles settings is enabled.

    2. If they are logged in to WordPress, the Amelia customer user role should be added to this user, when they book an appointment in Amelia while logged in to WP.

    3. No, it can't connect the WP user via email address, so if they are not logged in to WP no connection can be made to that WP user.

    4. In this case, it won't connect the customer to this WP user, like I said in point 3, unfortunately. A customer in this case will be created in Amelia with no connection to WP user, and a WP user won't be created because the email already exists in WP.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
