    no email bookmark works well, in emails and sms the bookmarks codes are shown, not the reference, with the same error for the client as for the employee.

    Could you please tell me are you testing the email notifications using the Test email option on the Notifications page? If yes, these placeholders are like that since there are no information about appointment (there is no appointment). So, this test mail option is only to see if the email notifications are sent properly. You would need to create one test appointment to see the actual information from placeholders.

    They are real messages, they are not tests and clients and employees send me complaints, apart from everything zoom is well configured according to the guidelines and the links to connect are not sent.

    Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends. 

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site and your database access (cPanel or PhpMyAdmin credentials), so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
