Amelia just allowed a double booking. For the past few months I have a recording studio with only 1 studio. There are 3 producers that share the studio. You guys made it so that if 1 of us is booked no one else can be and that is the way it should be.
In the past it's always worked where if someone wants to make an appointment not through the website, as long as i put it in my phone it will remove that time slot from the website. I had just made a 7pm-9pm appointment in my phone maybe a week ago and someone was just able to book that same time from the website with a different producer.
What happened and how can I get this fixed. Thanks

Can you please check in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar, and see what's the maximum number of events returned from Google Calendar?
If it's low, things like this can happen, since Amelia will pull that number from Google Calendar. For example, if you set it to be 50, and you have 5 Google Events created for each employee every day, that limit (50) will be exhausted in 4 days.

2,000 is the maximum number.
Sorry but I FINALLY just checked that setting and it was already set to true. This double booking hasn't happened since I first asked this. But I wanted to make sure I documenting that I did check and it was set to "true" already. Thank you.
