At the moment we don't have option to book multiple days in our plugin, only time slots in one day. However, if you plan to allow booking of just one date like it is here on your example you can create service that will have duration the same as your working hours are. In that way only one time slot in the day will appear and our support can help with changing that time slot from showing hours to showing "Book" option (for better UX).
As for the extras, we have option to create extras for each service and each extra can have its own price and duration if you need it. More about our extras you can read here.
