I have the Amelia plugin activated and shortcode included in a post but it just won't load. I researched this issue and found a TMSPlugins forums post with a solution that said to update the "providers" section. Well I went to my Amelia settings and I don't even have a provider section. I have potential customers that can't schedule an appointment because of this and it's very disheartening seeing as I just spent $60 on a license. Please help as I am reconsidering my purchase.
Please check if you have created an Employee (under Employees), a category and a service (in Services section) and if you assigned your employee to that service.
There could be an issue in the database, or there's a conflict with some other plugin.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Here's the error in the console when I try to add a new employee:
message: "Unable to add data in AmeliaBooking\Infrastructure\Repository\Schedule\PeriodRepository SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'lotusprimarycareclinic_c.wp_me6ebt_amelia_providers_to_periods' doesn't exist"
I had to install WP phpMyAdmin plugin, so I can create that table in the database. After that I was able to create an employee. Please rename the employee and change the email (or delete the employee and create a new one). Everything should be working now.

Hello Michael
Thank you for your purchase.
Please check if you have created an Employee (under Employees), a category and a service (in Services section) and if you assigned your employee to that service.
That should resolve the issue.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I can't get past step one of this solution as when I click save on a new employee I created, nothing happens.
