    Hi,

    I'm trying to put the  "%appointment_cancel_url%" shortcode on the mail for customers but the link is not working.

    Could you please tell me have you just copy/paste the placeholder to the Message field? If you have embedded it to a text, please just copy/paste it so it looks like in the attachment.
