    Hi I have a few questions before I make the purchase:

    1) Is it possible I can change the name "Amelia" that appears in wp-admin sidebar to something else. Reason is, we have an employee named "Amelia" and it can be a little confusing with new employees to see her name in there. They think they're looking at the appointments for Amelia.

    Is it possible to replace the logo with ours?

    I'd like to change it to simply "Appointments".

    2) I have different locations with multiple employees at each location. Will all employees for my locations be able to see all appointments for all locations? 

    Is it possible for each location to only see their own appointments for their locations only?

    Is it possible for each employee to see their own employees too? Is this an option?

    3) When an appointment is edited does the customer get notified via email and/or SMS?

    HI Israel,
    Thank you for your inquire.

    1)

    - Just create the .svg images that will be the same size as amelia-logo-symbol.svg and amelia-logo-horizontal.svg, name them exactly the same as these two images, and them replace these two images from folder ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/public/img/ with the images you created.

    - You can change this in file ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Infrastructure/WP/WPMenu/Submenu.php in function addOptionsPages(). The image from the menu is called amelia-logo-admin-icon.svg, you should call your image the same replace with your. Also you can change the name of the menu item in this function.

    Please note: When you update the plugin, your changes will be lost, so you will need to do this each time after you update the plugin.

    Words can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily. I suggest you to install Loco Translate and then to translate these string.

    2)

    This depends on the user role that each user have, you can find more information on this link about our roles.

    You can also use some other plugins for roles to allow or not allow users to see some options in WordPress backend.

    Is it possible for each employee to see their own employees too? Is this an option?

    WE do not have this option in our plugin but like I mentioned you will need to use other plugin to achieve this, but the main employee will need to have administrator roles, and he/she will be able to see all the appointments for each location, this can not be bypassed.


    3)

    Yes we do have email and SMS notifications, and if the status of appointment is changed the customer will receive SMS or/and Email.
