I think that the problem here lies in the fact that it depends on the language the wordpress user is using. You can see in the attached screenshot that the month in one SMS notification is English, and in another - Lithuanian. The English date was sent (possibly) due to the fact, that the user editing/creating the appointment in the backend is using WP in English (even though site-wide setting for date is Lithuanian).
This is inconsisent for users because in some notifications they get Lithuanian, others - English. and the ability to use WP+Amelia in English/Lithuanian in the backend is great, because we have some English speakers in our team. This shouldn't, however, affect Amelia.
Well, yeah, you are correct - if the language used in back-end is switched to English, the plugin will follow that. This is how it works at the moment.
I will forward your idea to our developers, and I hope they'll be able to correct it in the future.
Hi,
currently date field values in notifications are English. We need them in Lithuanian. Is this possible?
Hello Andrius
The language and format is inherited from WordPress settings. For example, when I choose Lithuanian, I see this in my notification:
Because the date format in General WordPress settings is:
If you change it there, so will the Notification format be changed.
