Neither Paypal or Stripe is working. If I look in the section were you add the keys etc, everyone thing is fine with green arrows etc. But when I try to make a payment, I can't. (I get an error message)
It's been 48 hours, and it hasn't changed yet. I have cleared the caches.
Another thing is:
The servicebooking calendar doesn't show the description of the service. So no-one knows what this calendar is about.
The last thing is:
I've seen you write on Appsumo that you soon would support more languages, and timeformat like 24/7. Nothing of this has happened. When will it happen ?
Looking forward to using this after a few months not being able to :)
Issues with PayPal and Stripe are usually connected to the IDs and secrets used. Also, if you've enabled Live credentials, you cannot run test cards or PayPal accounts, nor could you use live cards and PayPal accounts for test credentials - that may be an issue, but I can't say without taking a look at your setup.
On your page, I see the form like this:
Is this any different from the color scheme you chose?
Service description can only be displayed in the [ameliacatalog] view.
We don't have any translators in our company, so we're relying on our customers to provide us with the translation for their languages. We've added Romanian language in the last update, but that's it. As for time format - you can change Date and Time formats on the WordPress Settings and that will be applied in Amelia as well. Please take a look at this documentation page - Configuring WordPress Date/Time Settings in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin.
