I am testing my Amelia calendar, almost done, and noticed when you as a customer use the "add to my calendar" option, on the calendar as description is showing the service description. I would like to add some text with placeholders, like on the notifications or the Employee calendar or the link to zoom for example.
Yes, but you're adding the placeholders in Google calendar integration settings, while service description goes on front-end (in Amelia catalog view), so the logic is different.
What I want is to add placeholders to the information that is sent to the Google Calendar Task description of the customer, when they use the "Add to Calendar" button. Not on the web front-end.
On google for the customer, the task title is the service name, and the task description is the service description. I think it would be better if the Zoom link for example is added there.
At the moment only the service name and description is being forwarded to customer's Event when they add it to their Calendar. That description is the same description seen on front-end, and you can't pass the placeholder there.

Hello Taisa-Raquel
Unfortunately, adding placeholders would not work as they would not be converted into actual values.
We will consider this option for the future, but at the moment it can't be done.
Kind Regards,

Oh, that's a shame. But it did work on the Employee calendar. I didn't though it wouldn't work on the customers.
Thanks for your answer.

I think I haven't explained well.
I understand what you want to do Raquel
At the moment only the service name and description is being forwarded to customer's Event when they add it to their Calendar. That description is the same description seen on front-end, and you can't pass the placeholder there.
