Hi there,
When I create an Employee and link the Wordpress user details from my theme as in the Amelia Employee creation screen, I would want the Employee to receive an email saying that he is now added to this software and giving his User id and password as setup in the Users option in the Theme. I do not see any such provision in Amelia ->Settings -> Notifications. Kindly advise how to achieve this?
Hello Sanchayita
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
If you're creating a new employee, and assigning an existing WordPress user role, there are no triggers that would send the email to the employee about the change. If you're creating an Amelia Employee user role, they will receive WordPress' automatic email which they can use to set up their password and enter the dashboard.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
