I'm really confused. Can I not create a set group "appointment" that is a group class that recurs weekly. For example, I need to setup a weekly class for 7 students for Mondays at 9AM. I'm not seeing exactly how to do that.
Recurring appointments feature allows you to enable recurring for any service, but your customers get to choose whether the appointment they're booking will be a recurring one, or not.
What you can do is use events. There, you can define the maximum number of attendees, and set up when booking will start, and when it will end.
I thought I could use Events, too, but I don't see how to integrate Zoom with events. I need Zoom integration for both Appointments and Events. Am I missing something?
Did you connect your employee to his Zoom account? It sounds like you configured Zoom, if you can use it in Appointments (Services), so that's the only thing that comes to mind.
If that doesn't help, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
