Is there a way to make a coupon applicable to all events including the ones not yet created? I don't like the idea of having to manually pair every new coupon to every new event.

Unfortunately, there isn't such option in Amelia with its current built-in features. We have this feature request in our list and I will add your vote to it, but for now we can't say if and when ti will be implemented.
