Can it be set up so that the employees can get into Amelia on the backend, but can only view and edit their appointments without being able to see anyone else's appointment.  I don't want employees to be able to see each other appointments.

    Hi Michael Claypool,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Our plugin is working exactly like you described.

For now employees can manage their appointments and events and see their calendar just from the backend, but we are currently working on Employee Front-end Panel and it will be live very soon..

“Amelia Employee” is the role you can give to some or all of your employees. Once you create a new Amelia Employee user an automatic email will be sent to your employee with a username and a URL link where they can set their password.
With this role, your employees can access the list of their appointments on the appointments page or directly on the calendar, and they can also export the list for ease in tracking. If you want to give more permissions to your employees you can enable six more options which you can find in the plugin’s Roles Settings so your employees can:

    - Configure their services,
    - Configure their schedule,
    - Configure their days off,
    - Configure their special days and/or
    - Manage their appointments (Add or edit appointments)
    - Manage their events (Add or edit events)

    Best regards.
