I am looking at Amelia as an option for a website. I have a few questions i want to know before i purchase.

Currently i want to only allow two bookings per day. 4 hours per booking. 10:00AM to 2:00PM and 2:00PM to 6:00PM. Is this an option with Amelia?

I am the only employee, is there an option get rid of the employee/worker selection menu? as it would only be me.

I just want the the calendar to show two bookings per day with the time slots provided. Only two services would be offered for the time being.

    Hi Tyler,

Thanks so much for your interest.

Yes, all of this is possible. You just need to set yourself as an employee and your working hours from 10am to 6pm, the employee drop down will be hidden by default when there are just one employee and you can make the services that lasts for 4 hours. In General settings you need to enable option "Use service duration for booking timeslots"

With my working hours set to 10:00 - 18:00 every day, and service duration time set to 4 hours, i am only showing that i can book an appointment from 10:00-2:00 on any given day. How do i change this to show two appointments? 10:00-2:00 and 2:00-6:00.

Also, right now, if a customer booked an appointment, it still show to time slot available even after confirming it. How do i change this so it is not available?

    Hi Tyler,

You need to make one service that lasts for 4 hours, like I did here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuQRb1W

Make sure to set desired capacity, if your capacity is set to 1, the service will become unavailable ofter someone books that service, but if you have larger capacity it will be available until all spots are filled in.

Go to Settings page and open General Settings and make sure to enable option 'use service duration for booking time slots', like I did here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruLerX0

Go to employees page and open desired employee, in tab Working Hours make sure to set working hours from 10 to 18 and to assign service to it, like I dod here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/E0uzL0qP

After this setting, if your employee des not have some services booked already, the calendar will show dates and each day you will have two time sots, one 10:00-2:00 and second 2:00-6:00, like here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6uo7wW7

    Hope this helps!

Awesome, i was able to get it working. Thanks for that.

I have another question. When a customer books and appointment, when it sends out the notification email confirming the appointment, is it possible to have a pdf attachment sent with the email? If so, how do i do this?

I believe i have the notification email set up right now but when i make a test appointment i still don't get the email. Only when i sent a test email did i get it.

    Hi,

At the moment we do not have an option for sending attachment in the notification.

In order to get full support you need to verify your license and open the ticket in Amelia Category with your purchase code. This is necessary since many are trying to misuse our support. This is the pre-purchase category reserved for those who didn't purchase the plugin yet. Thank you for your understanding.
