Thank you for your purchase.

The plugin should notify you about new versions automatically, and update itself if you’ve entered the Purchase Code in its designated field in plugin’s Activation Settings page. You can see the Purchase Code in the e-mail you received if you purchased the plugin through our website. It can also be seen in our TMS store. Log in credentials for the store were also sent in the same e-mail.

Also, you can update the plugin manually by following these steps:

1.) Download zip from our store or from email that you receive 

2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

3.) Delete existing wpdatatables folder.

4.) Upload previously downloaded wpdatatables folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

5.)  Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.

6.) Deactivate wpdatatables Plugin, and then activate it again.

7.) Clear server and browser cache

If you are using hosting where you are not allowed to your FTP  then follow those instructions:

Please note that before deleting plugin from Plugins page It is recommended to leave option Prevent deleting tables in database as checked in main settings of plugin if you want to keep your tables in database after deleting plugin from Plugins page. If you uncheck this option, it will be deleted all tables in database after deleting plugin.

1.) Download zip from our store or from email that you receive when you make purchase

2.) Delete wpdatatables plugin from WordPress Plugins page

3) Click on Add new on Plugins page

4) Click on Upload plugin on Plugins page

5.) Choose previously downloaded wpdatatables zip file

6.) When uploading is done, please Activate wpdatatables plugin

7.) Clear server and browser cache.

Please note that our plugin have size around 14 MB so if you are not able to upload plugin through WordPress plugins page, then you need to increase 

upload_max_file size, 

post_max_size ,

max_execution_time

You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.
