We have 1 Employee (Doctor) that visits patients in 2 locations and he is going back an fort to the location since they are close to each other and he is providing the same services at both locations.
We want our employee to have 2 locations with same services and once people book appointment for the service, then the employee can edit the location to the one that is more convenient for him at that time. because we dont have exact schedule for him, he might be in any of those locations in any time.
I can see that this option is not available or if it is available I dont know how I can use it.
Please let me know if this is possible if not please let me know what work around do you suggest to get it done.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
One employee cannot be assigned to multiple locations at the same time. You could create a duplicate employee, and have those two employees work on the two locations at the same time. To avoid double bookings, you would need to connect both of them to the same Google Calendar. Also, you may want to hide the employee selection drop-down from your booking form.
When you create the page, just share it with me, so I can provide the needed CSS.
The exact same thing happened to me, only one doctor that have two locations. So setting up google calendar he can go to his phone, update his calendar (block 1 full day from the location he cant attend?) and will this action reflect on amelia calendar? Thanks!
At the moment - blocking the full day in Google Calendar won't work. You can add the Google busy event that lasts 23 hours, and that will block the entire day in Amelia.
Well, you can see that it's not working, so I'm not sure what you mean by this:
I got confused. if the URL is incorrect, how everything is connected and working.
Amelia is working regardless of the connection you've established with Google Calendar. That's an optional feature, and that specific feature is not working in your case, since you can't connect your employees to the Google Calendar.
You need to change the URI in Google Developer console. So, log in there, delete this:
Save the settings, and try to connect your employee to his Google Calendar again. If it fails, let me know, as I may need to remote into your Google Developer console, and see what's going on there.
If that's the case, please make sure to deactivate 2-step verification, and provide me with the access credentials for your Google Developer Console account.

Hi again Mishel298

You need to change the URI in Google Developer console. So, log in there, delete this:

And enter this:

Save the settings, and try to connect your employee to his Google Calendar again. If it fails, let me know, as I may need to remote into your Google Developer console, and see what's going on there.
