Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
You can lower the default time slot step in Amelia's General settings. That time slot will be used for employee working hours, service duration, buffer times, etc. You will be able to select 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour, etc.
Even after removing files via FTP I still can't install
I did the manual install with FTP. Removed the directory, unloaded the unzipped folder and then went into WP and tried to activate Amelia
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

I see when I try to create a service the shortest times is 30 minutes, any idea how to get this to 15 minute ?
