We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
...which change the way of booking and offer new opportunities.
- all customers are registered users in wordpress (Amelia customer role)
- every customer can select (predefined) services
- services (Amelia employee role) are predefined for period and max. number of participants
- each customer must select other customer(s) in addition to themselves (they are always part of the booking)
Ideally, customers can then be divided into different groups, which offers additional options. (Restrictions: age classification, affiliation, number of max. bookings, etc.)
At the moment, we're using a very similiar booking plugin, which is lacking the same functionality. There, we have to create all customers in custom fields. However, this is cumbersome (customers have to be listed several times for different services) and prone to errors, since there isn't any logic available in custom fields. E.g. a customer can be selected multiple times in different fields.
A frontend solution might be easier to implement, because it seems already available (basically) in the backend, instead of adding additional logic into custom fields.
Would be great to hear, that this might be worth to be considered in your plugin.
Kind regards
Hi forumuser,
Thank you for your inquire.
Unfortunately we do not have that option as plugin built-in feature at the moment, but I will forward your suggestion to my team. If this feature is requested from time to time we will definitely consider adding it for the future updates.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
