I just installed the wpDataTables plugin
I see it says MySQL version 5.6.41
I am trying to connect to a MySQL Database version 8.0 on Amazon Web Services and get an error.
Is this due to version mismatch? Can I upgrade the plugin so it handles MySQL v8.0 ?

Hey. Never mind. I got it working.
The Inbound Rules on AWS were restricted to one IP address. No wonder the access was not working.
