How do I setup multiple dates at once?
I don't want customers to just choose 1 day for room cleaning, rather I would like to add a few days at once.

A service in Amelia can be created with duration of up to 24 hours, it can be created longer than that, if that is what you want to achieve. If you need longer duration, you can check out the Events feature.
If you mean booking more time slots at once, that could only be done with Recurring appointments and you can read about it by following the link.
