Unfortunately we don't have option for deposit payments so only option at the moment would be to set price for the service that you want to charge during the booking. In that way you would charge the fixed amount but you would need to add an info about additional payment (the rest of the price) with our custom field so the customers would know about it. The rest customers would need to pay on site when they come to the appointment since we don't have option for charging this later because we don't save customer's payment data.
If you purchased the plugin I will need to ask you to contact our support in Amelia section of this support platform. After the purchase you have got access to our premium support so please contact them there so they can investigate issue with PayPal and provide help.
As for the description, I am not sure on which description you mean, if you are talking about service description you can show it only if you use our Catalog booking form.
I would like to know if it's possible for the customers to pay a fixed amount while booking for appointment... Not the total amount of the service

Whenever my users want to make payment with paypal front the frontend... it dissapears after 3seconds of popping up.. why is that?
