You can disable the "Bringing anyone with you" option from each service individually.
Then, make sure Amelia Settings/Appointment Settings look like this:
You can configure your services so they have Recurring Appointments, so your customers would be able to choose the free trial services. However, they would also be able to choose more or less than 10 days.
Perhaps you can try a work-around instead.
You can create a service which would be named "Bulk Purchase" for example, and it would cost a certain amount. Then, you would need to create a 100% discount coupon which could be used 9 times, and limit the usage to 9 per customer, like this:
My advice would also be to enable the notifications, so they get an e-mail with the discount coupon, explaining that they need to use the coupon for the remaining 9 sessions:
You would need to add the %coupon_1% placeholder to the e-mail, so they get the coupon code they can use.
After someone books the first appointment, they receive an e-mail with it, and they use it to book the remaining 9 sessions.
The plugin can be translated using POEDIT or Loco Translate easily. I suggest installing Loco Translate, since it's within WordPress and it has a simple UI
I would also like to ask how Zoom integration works.
I’ve set up both Client Jeyband Client Secret, then I added the section of %zoom_host_url% to employee’s email which they will receive once the order is confronted.
But it seems like there is no link on the received email for somehow.
Do all individual employee needs to have their zoom accounts attached to their employee’s information in order for this to work?
Yes, all employees need to have an account, and they need to be connected through their Employee profile in Amelia:
To connect each employee with different zoom user, you need to log into the Zoom account that created the JWT application. So, you need to log into http://zoom.com/ and under Admin/Users add the users:
I'd like to remove "Bringing someone with you?" section on booking page.
Also Amelia seems to have automatically translated into Japanese for us but some nuances are incorrect so I'd like to change that.
Allowing customer to choose multiple dates for such plans like "10days trial"

hi thank you and I’ll try that.
I have also encountered the problem that booking page seems to be shown broken until I scroll the screen.
Hello Tom
It looks like your "plugins" folder doesn't have enough permissions to create the needed CSS for Amelia.
You need to reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to allow this:
sudo chmod -R 777 /var/www/html/WEBSITEsFOLDER/
That's the code you should run to allow needed permissions on your website. Then, restart apache, and deactivate/activate Amelia again.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
