Hi guys,
I use WP Amelia for a client on one website and planned to use it for them on another. On the other site, they currently use Schedulicity. I talked to them about switching over the booking service and they said that they like how Schedulicity can not charge the customer when they schedule, BUT if they no-show and don't give proper notice, it will charge a no-show fee.
It appears the feature is described here:
https://support.schedulicity.com/en/articles/937400-how-do-i-protect-my-business-from-no-shows
I don't think Amelia can do this- I searched the documentation- but correct me if I am wrong and let me know how.
If it is not possible, is this something that could be added to the roadmap?
Ryan
Hello Ryan,
Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.
Unfortunately, that is not possible to achieve, there isn't a 'no-show fee' in Amelia with its current built-in features. I will add that to our features requests list so it can be considered for implementation in the future.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
