Hello,
I have a problem with time for Appointments: My working hours start at 10:00AM - 7:00PM. If I want to add a Appointment, for example a massage for 90 minutes, I only can choose specific times like 10:00AM, 11:30AM, 1:00PM. I want to start a massage at 10:30AM. What can I do? Isn't that possible??
Thanks for you help!
Regards,
Thomas
Hello Thomas,
Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.
If you set the Default time slot step in Amelia -> Settings -> General to 90 min then you will have time slots available on these time intervals. So, in order to have time slots on a shorter interval of time change it to some shorter option. And if you have enabled the option Use service duration for booking a time slot the duration of the services will be used for calculating available time slots.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
