Setting one employee at multiple locations

    Hi,

The business that I'm using Amelia for has one employee who works at two locations. When I create the new employee, Amelia doesn't allow me to assign her to both locations. If I create a new employee using the same name and assign her to the the other location, I'm not allowed to do so and get an error message stating that her email already exists. How do I set up one employee who works at multiple locations? (She can work at both locations because these locations don't have overlapping work hours.)

    Hello Craig,

    Thank you for your purchase.

You can set your employees to work on different locations at different times. You choose one default location in the Details tab for that employee, but when you go to the Work Hours tab you can set different work time periods for each day in the week and assign different services and locations to each work time period.

When you click on the 'pencil' icon you can edit that work time period, and by clicking on the '+' sign next to Apply to All days you add a new work time period.

There isn't a possibility to set different locations for one work time period, though.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
